Our approach is to evaluate your current sales and customer service strategy and existing CRM solution (if any) and deliver a CRM solution that helps you get the maximum value from Dynamics AX. This could be an implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM which over the years has several integrations shipped by Microsoft out of the box. Alternatively the approach could be to utilize the CRM module within Dynamics AX or extending it further with other third party systems and solutions.
